'Rally And Blood Donation Camp'




RALLY.

"You don't have to be a doctor to save life."
On 26th November, with the help of our Interactors, Co-operative teachers and Mr.  Anshuman Sir we were able to succeed in RALLY of BLOOD DONATION CAMP.


Our team distributed pamphlets to people,talked to them and marched with slogans near roadside. They also raised awareness to donate blood to needy ones by visiting in colonies situated near our school.

On 28th November 2015, Interact Club of our school organised Blood Donation Camp in school premises and it turned out to be a great success. This noble act saved the lives of needy ones. Interactors and teachers also organised rallies and updated information on social networking sites to spread the message. The credit goes to our Interactors and support of Rotary Club Of Delhi Garden City, Rotary Club Of Noida and our co-operative teachers. We collected 93 units of blood. Donors were provided with refreshment, donor's card and a mug as a momentum.

Thalassemia - genetic blood disorder passed through family to an individual. Our Interact Club gave full opportunity to all for checkup at reasonable rate that is 250 rupees only. Fourteen people got it checked.

-Thalassemmia Talk By Dr.Tajinder Singh-24th Nov'15-

Organised By Interact Club Of K.H.M.S

Mrs.Sunita Saini ma'am welcomed Dr. Tajinder Singh for The Talk On Thalassemia, She was honoured with flowers by our President, Preksha.

None of us was aware of the inherited and scandalizing disease but Dr. Tajinder satisfied our queries by telling us about the disease and showing us a Documentary on Thalassemia and its cure.

To spread awareness about 'Rakt Daan, Jeevan Daan' and to motivate us for the serene cause of blood donation, One more documentary was showed to us..

 We all learned that blood donation does not cause any ailment or weakness instead it improves our health

 

Dr.Tajinder motivated us to encourage everyone to donate blood on 28th Nov'15 at the blood donation camp and save millions of life.

The interactors and students of K.H.M.S raised their hands high in euphoria and sincerity to get their Thalassemia test done and to encourage their dear ones to donate blood..

DILA - District Interact Leadership Assembly

     DILA-30th Sept'2015 was held at Apeejay School Sheikh Saraye. Applauded by hundreds of Interactors from schools all around Delhi.

Ananya Acharya of Kulachi Hansraj Model School became The ZIR after 3 years with her vast knowledge about Rotary Interact Club and Gift of Gab.

Mr. Sudhir Mangla, The District Governor gave us an integral lecture on Time Management.
Soon after that, The Cabinet Of Interact Club consisting, The President, The Secretaries, The Directors and So on were divided & sended into specific rooms for their trainings. The Trainings were highly enlightening and gave us a plartform to explore, conceive and retrieve our duties.


The enthusiastic event that rejuvenated our inner potential and lighted the path towards performing our duties better ended with a jaunty Orchestra performed my students of Apeejay School that left a smile on our faces.

6th Annual Extempore Debate At India International Centre

 DAY 1;


The 6th Inter-school Extempore Debate organised by our school was held at the India International Centre on the 18th and the 19th of August.

The event kicked off with great zeal and enthusiasm which was followed


 Our interactors, Devyani Singh and Vinayak Kohli, gave a praiseworthy performance on the song 'Dheem da dhare' gathering a lot of applause from the audience.

Soon after the dance, the president of the Rotary club of Garden city, Mr. Vivek Kataria told the participants about the rules and regulations that were meant to be followed by them. With that the 6th Inter-school Extempore Debate had officially begun.

The participants were given the topics half an hour before their debates to search for the information about it.

The atmosphere radiated intellect. With the air so thick and the competition so tough, we all were graced with some really heated and intense debates. Pallavi Marvah, head girl of the school and Diksha Sharma, a part of the cabinet of the school participated from our school.

the debates were held in two different rooms but one thing was common which we are sure of is that the audience of both of the rooms had heard some pretty amazing discussions. The passion they held was admirable. Some of them, their words were so powerful that it moved us.  

DAY - 2 ;

 The battle to win the ethreal silver trophy and the title, took a heed on the day 2 organised by Interact Club Of K.H.M.S.

There was dilemmas among all as the competitors raised their opinions high and the rebuts were unbeatable leaving us all thinking hard..

 To ventilate the heat of the debates, Sanchit and Karandeep of K.H.M.S gave a rhythmic performance with soulful touch of euphoric singing.

 Soon after that, Our judges came on one conclusion to decide the winner of the intellectual competition, He further exclaimed how smart this generation is!


 Modern School Barakhambha Road was declared The Winner Of The 6th Annual Extempore Debate, They truely deserved it.


 

 And the event was a hit! Thanks to Mrs. Seema Lal and Mrs. Sunita Saini ma'am for guiding us to organise such a big event!

Installation Ceremony.

INSTALLATION CEREMONY (2K15-16)








                                           15th July 2k15  marked the beginning     of an absolutely      imposing journey of    the Installation  Ceremony of Interact  Club 2k15-16.

 The theme for this year is Each One Teach One, Literacy which emphasizes and encourages education to be a Birth Right. Through this motto, We all take a serene pledge of Service before Self and inculcating the prerequisite need for all that is Education in as many people as possible to shower this world with a cumbersome number of Assets.

 The onset of The Installation Ceremony marked the beginning of The Tranquil 'Ganesha Vandana' sung by the ever talented Sumedha and Jahanvi to attain the blessings of God accompanied by The lightening of lamp by our respected Principal, Mrs. Sneh Verma


Cordial gratitude was depicted by offering wondrous flowers to our dear guests, Mr.Vivek Kataria and Mrs.Amrit Dhingra By Ananya, Vice President Interact Club.


Devyani, Jaya and Vinayak represented the true petrichor of Mother India and the very essence of the sheer simplicity, Class, technique and beauty of Bharatnatyam that blowed away everybodys mind.  They were awarded with a massive applaud.



Pallavi Marwah, The Ex-President of Interact Club gave a thanking speech with the touch of nostalgia about their previous endeavours like visit to Bal Gram orphanage, Ryla, Poster making, Street Plays, Nukar Natak at Rahagiri, Road Safety Programme, Self Defence, Polio iradication and Blood Donation Camp. Bagged Presidential Citation Award For The Third Time!


Pallavi, The Ex-President embellished Preksha, The Upcoming-President with reverent collar. It is just not a collar. It is an ornament that comes with sheer responsibilities and The pride of the club.




Badges were awarded to the Cabinet Members of 2K15-16 by the Principle Mam & The Guests of the Delhi Garden City.






Mr. Vivek Kataria,The President of Delhi Garden City and Mrs. Amrit Dhingra gave a speech and told us about some interesting facts about the  INTERACT CLUB like Mr. Vivek Kataria told us the meaning of the Interact club ie. International and Action and many more interesting facts. Mrs. Dhingra fall less of words because of the programmes done by our club for the past years. 

Mrs. Sneh Verma,The Principle of Kulachi Hansraj Model School thanked the guests of the Delhi Garden City & gave some promises to make our World a better place to live in. 

Mr. Sanjay,The Ex President of The Rotary Club Delhi Garden City was proud of our school & showed us a Presentation of How a School helped the other School and how still the humanity exists in our world by making that Goverment School a better school by making new classess,staff rooms,toilets,art rooms etc. 


Teachers expressed their special thanks of gratitude to the Cabinet members of 2K14-15 with the certificates & sharing their experiences of work with the students over the last year.
