which it undertook throughout the past year. Mr. Sanjeev Narayan also garnished
the event by his worthy words.
The event marked an enticing and gruelling verbal duel, where
the listeners were mesmerized by the oratory, vigour and gusto of the young
debaters who in all zeal and enthusiasm and amidst, roaring cheers from the
crowd, vied for the coveted position and the cash prize. Since it was a contest
of wits, ideas and expression, it was only the best three amongst all who
therefore were rewarded with the individual trophy and a price money. Hence,
the rolling trophy embellished the shelves of the school DAV Vasant Kunj.
The event ended with the scenes of exultant winners and
runners-up cheering each other and expressing jubilation over their
well-deserved triumphs.
