Holding Hope : A Collaboration

In these tough times, finding hope or happiness can be challenging. Thus, on 2nd of September 2021 ,  from 4 -5 PM, the Interact clubs of Kulachi Hansraj Model School (KHMS), Maharaja Agarsen Public School (MAPS) , Bal Bharti Public School & Lourdes Convent High School, participated in a webinar on the ZOOM platform, with Ms. Kirti Sharma, founder of Playwithin, a socio-emotional educator, Counselling psychologist, TA practitioner and career coach.

Ma’am started off with asking us
where can we find hope in our surroundings to which children gave beautiful examples like ‘the sun rising every day’. Ma’am told us that hope can enter in our lives at any point , it could be found in the littlest of places and times, after all it has been beautifully quoted by SAMUEL SMILES as well that "Hope is the companion of power and mother of success." Ma’am has rightly said that, “hopelessness is the breeding ground to fear"

Students found the webinar
‘rejuvenating’ & ‘helpful’. Students felt positive and hopeful after the session. They were grateful to Ms. Kirti Sharma, and to the Interact Club of Maharaja Agarsen Public School
. The Interact Club of KHMS  would like to thank the Interact club of Maharaja Agarsen Public School  for this wonderful initiative.

WORLD SENIOR CITIZENS' DAY

A grandparent is a little bit parent, a little bit teacher, and a little bit best friend. A close relationship with them can benefit you and your grandparents. To strengthen this precious bond between a grandchild and a grandparent, the Interact Club of  Kulachi Hansraj Model School came up with an activity.

On the account of World Senior Citizens day
students of class 11th spent time with their
grandparents or any senior citizen in their
 vicinity.
They cherished those moments by doing any kind of activity they liked (cooking, drawing, watching movies or simply talking to them).

All the students said that after talking to their grandparents, they felt closer to them; and that is a success for us!

75th Independence Day Celebration

"Thousands laid down their lives so that our country can celebrate this day. Never forget their sacrifices."

For every country, its Independence day is always memorable. It is the day to rejoice in the glory of what their country has been able to achieve but also a day to remember the contributions, battles, and sacrifices of all the people who helped to achieve it.

Today, every Indian feels proud to be Indian and remembers the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters to set our motherland free from the yolk of the foreign rule. A thousand salutes are not just enough to honor the freedom fighters who sacrifice their lives to turn the dream of free India into reality.

Devanshi Jain

On this 75th Independence Day, our School Interact Team has already planned something unique and exciting to celebrate the day in its full swing.
